Since returning for the United State's where I work for one of the biggest companys in the U.S (MACYS). I bring a very wide experience in sale and customer service. I believe that the customer come's frist and that if good customer service is givien that customer and friends will come back and enjoy a good customer service experience with me I like to get to know my customers on a frist name base's. I believe in showing up 10 to 15 mins before the work day starts. in 10yrs of work I have only missed 2 day. I am a highly motivated, extremely responsible person, who believes in going above and beyond in performing jobs assigned to me. Started as a part-time dock worker, worked my way up to full-time. Due to my performance and abilities, was promoted to the position of salesman in the menswear department. Macy's is the oldest and most-respected department store in America, and features high-end products from clothing to home furnishings and small appliances.



2005-2005 Remel/Fisher Thermal Lenexa, Kansas 913-888-1939



Began as a line packer in the automated pouring department, worked my way up to team leader and line dispenser. Remel is a biomedical laboratory who produces a wide variety of agars dispensed into petri dishes and vials for use in diagnostics by physicians and hospital nation-wide. Quality, productivity. attention to detail and speed were of key importance in this position.



2004-2004 Target Department Store, Olathe, Kansas



Duties included sales and customer service in the electronics department, where I became very familiar with cameras in general, and digital cameras in particular.



2003-2004 Nebraska Furniture Mart, Kansas City, Kansas



Duties included keeping track of all inventory in the electronics department, which included televisions, home theatre equipment, stereo systems, computers. Responsible for ordering additional equipment from parent store in order to keep stock on hand as need arose. Was introduced to Martha Stewart who came in to promote her line of home furnishings, and was given a tour of behind-the-scene operations.

Worked as a merchandiser in the high-end electronics and major appliances department. Duties included stocking products and setting up store displays in those departments, keeping track of and ordering stock as needed and pricing.
